The Oakland Business Improvement District has a 29 member Board of Directors that is made up of
property owners, business owners, and representatives from University of Pittsburgh, UPMC, Carlow University and Oakland
community organizations. The Board's ten-member Executive Committee
provides the primary guidance for the organization. All members of the Board
and OBID committees serve on a voluntary basis.
